CallByText lets you call any telephone or mobile phone number located anywhere in the world from any device capable of sending SMS to their UK number. Though, CallByText is a free service, you will be charged by Skype at your normal Skype rate which is much lower than direct international call. In addition, you will also be charged for SMS by your phone operator.
