Canon PowerShot A2300 & A2400At the beginning of this year Canon has refreshed their collection of compact PowerShot cameras and between them the two cameras that we are reviewing today found their place. Because the only difference between them is the optical stabilization that found its place on the (IS) version, we are reviewing them at the same time.

These cameras with their look and dimensions look more like the models from the Ixus series than a true PowerShot’s. The housing is small and made in high quality and the camera itself is quite light. The front side of the housing is made out of colored metal, while the other side is plastic and black. India has joined the race of providing one laptop per child with their first cheap tablet Aakash, but it got very bad remarks because of the slow processor, low storage space, resistive screen and small battery. Now, they revised this tablet and made it much better, keeping the price the same,which is unbelievable $35, or 2999 RS. This tablet has been presold even before coming out, because of the low price and good specifications. The bad thing is that it’s only available in India and for students only. There is a commercial version that comes with a SIM card that’s called Ubislate 7+ and it is sold by the phone operators for a higher price. Read more of this post
