Wok Hob

In recent years people are buzzing about saving the planet, green technologies, energy efficiency etc. So the people from De Dietrich have made a very efficient induction wok hob which they say is the most efficient cooktop in the world.

The thing is that technology is based on inductive materials and there is no heat transfer between the wok pan and the cooktop.
