iProcrastination: Put a Stop to Procrastination

iProcrastinationProcrastination is a common disease among students. It happens since there are a lot of distractions that tempts them to head off to things that are not important. The challenge is to redirect their attentions back to where it should be, and do it in a more engaging way.

A new application comes into picture and does exactly that. It might just be the cure that the students need to fully concentrate on things they should be doing. This app is called iProcrastinate. iProcrastinate lets students do what they have to do, and get it ready in a timely way. It allows them to set the tasks needed to be done within each subject. It also has a highly- functional dashboard that will remind them of what needs to get done at all times.

Here are more features of iProcrastinate:

  • Steps help break down daunting tasks into manageable components.
  • Print your Task list on the Mac, or using AirPrint to a shared printer from your iOS device.
  • Quickly create new Tasks, minimizing the time spent managing your agenda.
  • Sync wirelessly with your iPhone using Bonjour (on a local network) or using Dropbox.
  • Calendar view provides a birds-eye look at what’s on your plate for next week, or next month.
  • Star important Tasks to group them together, and to (when sorting by priority) keep them at the top of your Task list.
  • Files and URLs related to Tasks can be stored in iProcrastinate, helping aid organization.
  • Recurring Tasks fit right in. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly options provide a wealth of customization.
  • Groups filter Tasks into common categories, including Due Today, Overdue, and Starred.

What’s more is that data can be shared and synced between different devices. In that case, priorities sorted out on the go can be carefully set down, and seen through in due time.
