Samsung is continuing their trend of building big phones and as a logical step in that direction they took the biggest they had and made it even bigger. The previous Galaxy Note was called a monster of a phone because of its 5 inches, well now it’s time to meet its younger brother, which is on steroids measuring 5.5 inches.
Along with the size being increased, they also amped up a lot of other internals and externals making it look, feel and work better than the predecessor. The outside now has a Samsung Galaxy S III look, but with some weight. The Note II comes in two colors Titanium Gray or Marble White, giving it additional appeal.
This phone is pumped with all the things the user needs and a bit more. Starting from the quad-core Cortex-A9 -1.6GHz processor, accompanied with an Mali-400MP GPU, it will run anything without any hesitations, starting from 720p movies on that beautiful 5.5 inch Super AMOLED- Gorilla Glass 2 covered display, to games that will suck out the life force in most of the other models. It will come in 16/32/64 GB mobile storage variants and 2 GB RAM which is a phone’s first. In addition to the internal memory the user can put a microSD card with max 32GB, thus making enough space for everything.
It has an 8MP camera with a LED flash on the back that can record a full 1080p video with 30fps and 1.9MP camera on the front. It will run on Android Jelly bean 4.1 incorporating everything that it has to offer. All the connection types are implemented starting from the Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, to Bluetooth 4.0 and also the NFC chips. From the GPS point it also implements the GLONAS, which is going to amp the GPS giving the user better coverage.
All in all if you are a user that can find this big gadget useful and not too big, it will offer everything that you need in a nutshell.
