Students and business people are well acquainted with doing Power Point Presentations. Even though they are necessary they are mainly monotonous and boring. Imagine today’s class room, we are living in the 21st century and still almost every school is still using a black or white board. When you see that the new Smart boards cost a fortune you know why this is the case. But, what if there is a way of making an ordinary black or white board be an interactive board, while still keeping its standard usage and imagine doing that for the fraction of the money needed for procuring a Smart board. This can be achieved with the new eBeam Edge, which will make any ordinary presentation and any flat vertical surface, into an interactive one.
It is composed of an electronic pen that has the two mouse buttons on it and a small portable sensor, which is set on the vertical edge of the surface projection surface. The sensor is connected to the computer via a USB cable, or via Bluetooth connection and it detects your every move made with the pen, which is made by the user. It comes with its own intuitive software that will give you all that you need. Depending on the chosen regime, the user can do multiple tasks. For an example they can add text, draw graphs or change the content of the preexisting presentation, or even start making a totally new one from scratch, on the spot. It has a big advantage, because the system works on any kind of flat surface making even a plain wall an interactive playground and after finishing the presentation the user will still have a clean white wall.
The only bad thing is that it costs around $1000, but still this price is much less than buying a Smart board.
