Maingear 11 Gaming Laptop – A Little Package That Brings A Big Bang

Maingear 11 Gaming LaptopThere haven’t been so many gaming laptops with small sizes. Generally they are packed in as big packages as they can and they weigh a lot but this is not the case now. Maingear has made an 11 inch laptop version that is originally made by Clevo, which will bring everything that a big one will. This laptop has been made in a way as a successor to Ailenware’s old try at an 11 inch gaming laptop that was named M11x. This little beast is going to shine at a LAN party, as it can cope with every game that you throw at it.

The laptop’s screen is as we said is an 11.2 inch with a resolution of 1366×768. The only bad thing about the screen is the low backlight of just 200-nit. This makes the screen almost unusable during the day. The small keyboard will be hard to accommodate to, if you are writing a lot, but let’s face it; this laptop is made for games.

It has all of the main connection types only lacking the optical drive. It has 2 USB3.0 ports and 1 USB2.0 an Ethernet, VGA, HDMI port and 3.5mm microphone and headphone jacks.

In the little package that has a hard plastic shell, which on the top side has a kind of a retro texture, comes a powerful package. Starting with its Ivy Bridge processor, accompanied by a GeForce 650M graphic card with 2GB of GDDR5 RAM.

There are multiple versions of this little laptop that have different processors, RAM capacities and hard drives. Starting from the basic offer of an i5 processor accompanied with 4GB DDR3 RAM up to the core i7 3612QM processor that comes with 16GB DDR3 RAM. There are 21 choices of hard drives going up to 600GB SSD drive provided by Intel 210 series, which by itself costs $1.225.

This little monsters starting cost is $999 but as we said the final cost is as deep as your pockets.
