nevaHold is a service that strives for the elimination on the most annoying and time- consuming part in the customer service delivery process. It does so by providing consumers with an integrated platform that allows them to be in contact with a particular company on the go. The service supports companies multiple contact channel to make sure that the consumer’s voice is heard.

Say for example a customer is having a problem with contacting the Purchasing Department of a certain company. nevaHold.com upon receiving such problem will  post it to the respective company’s customer support channels such as Facebook, Twitter, email or any other support channel. For the customer, there will be no undergoing to the tedious process of reaching out with a company since nevaHold will do it all for them. The customer will receive a reply through nevaHold and if the brand does not respond to the consumer within a certain time frame nevaHold blasts the company on all of its social media networks until there is a response. So with this service, you can do away with time- consuming process of a customer support office, you can spend lesser time to make your questions or complaints heard.
