But now a company named V-moda made accessory that will make your iPhone, into every audiophiles dream. Except for its beautiful design this little accessory will make your iPhone give out a big ump.

The V-moda VAMP by itself is a portable headphone/DAC amplifier combo that works on iPhone 4 and 4S and it comes with its own battery that can prolong your phone life time and supply itself with power at the same time. It has a great look and it is a part of an iPhone case that looks a bit like other battery packs, but with a great high grade aluminum finish at the back. It will make your phone look chunky, but it is worth it. It provides an optical S/PDIF output that will provide desktop interface with its own digital decoder and headphone amplifier function. It holds a 2200mAh battery that will give you up to eight hours additional listening time or battery life for anything that you need.

Except for the basic amplifier functions it has an additional output control that is represented by a physical knob that is really rare to see. Also you can find a small, switch that is illuminated that will give you a choice between setting the device to play, to play during the iPhone is charging on a dock, or to turn it off. When you flip the device you can see a setting for high or low output and a reset button (in a case it crashes). Also there is a mini-USB port that is for the battery pack charging.  The main knob has a trick also, giving the user a possibility to switch between equalizer modes, to achieve that perfect sound. There is also an optical out that you can use to connect your headphones but you will need to buy the cable additionally.

This gadget will give out the best that you can imagine, but it comes with quite a price tag of $650, this is a fair price for every audiophile.
