Virgin Mobile has gone native on iPhones. The company has become the 7th U.S. wireless company to bring out iPhones.

After the huge success and popularity of iPhones, now iPhone market is leaving the exclusive market for wireless carriers and going mass. Earlier, companies such as AT&T had a tight hold on the market of iPhone. Then Verizon entered into the market and began selling iPhones.

With the dramatic increase in mobile phone market, iPhone market is expanding quickly. Apps, software and videos are being created specially for iPhones. Because of the huge popularity of iPhones and also the worldwide increase in the spending capacity of individuals, iPhone market will only grow bigger.

Virgin will charge the full retail cost of its iPhones from customers. It’s iPhone 4S which comes with a 16 GB space, has a dual-core A5 chip, 8MP camera and optics. The phone also has iOS 5 and iCloud. The phone is priced at a whooping $649.

Virgin also provides a $35 per month iPhone plan, which is cheapest plan available, for 300 voice minutes and quasi-unlimited texting and data plan. The plan covers 3,000 texts and 2.5 gigabytes of data per month.

Verizon and Sprint are already in the game with their iPhones in the market. Leap Wireless also announced that it will start selling prepaid iPhones, the first ones ever. Now, Virgin has also joined Leap and added to the prepaid iPhone line-up.

Seeing the trend, it can be said that more and more companies will now enter into the iPhone market, giving tough competition to wireless companies. That is good news for consumers as it will certainly make iPhone cheaper and accessible to more people.

The reason iPhones are the best-selling smartphones is that they are easy to use and do not require any manual. It seems like in the market of smartphones, iPhones will rule.
