The Taiwanese company Thermalight, commonly known for producing heat sinks,continues its story of high-end gaming mice. The second model that carries the Leetgion name is El’Druin, every RPG genre fan’s long waited companion that proudly holds the title- optimized from Diablo III.
This is the second gaming mouse in the three-part series Leetgion, after the Hellion- a model optimized for RTS gaming and the Aegis mouse pad. So, let’s check the equipment of this brave companion.
The first thing that catches everybody’s eye is the SPAD, short for ‘Skill.Power.Action.D-Pad’, a 5-way thumb key, which is fully programmable. It’s located under the user’s thumb.
Then, there is the Leetgion Omni-Tuner, a patent-pending technology, which is an all-in-one wheel for the DPI settings, selection of profiles etc.Here we can add the DPI Micro Tune, with which the users can micro-manage the DPI for adjusting the setting that works best.When it comes to getting the best out of the gaming mouse and adjusting size and grip, there’s the Removable Palm Plate.
The dimensions of this futuristic-looking mouse’s ergonomic body are 126 X 80 X 44 mm.
The twelve programmable mouse buttons are ergonomically placed, so the user can react much faster while playing the games.The two main ones use Omron- mechanical switches.
Also there is a dual LED lighting system. The first one is dedicated to the Omni-Tuner mode and the other one is for indicating the user profile, which changes color for every predefined one.
This mouse uses the sophisticated Avago9500 Pro-Gaming grade laser sensor, with a DPI range of 100 to 5000.The connection to the user’s computer is via standard USB port.
This is every RPG fan’s desirable companion for sure. However, the price is still unknown.
