Photic.me basically gives you specific feedback from people you respect. And these critiques will then be divided into relevant subsection to make more structured advice.

Essentially, when a photo is uploaded, others will write critiques on them. And it is no secret that the essence of critiques is to allow you to grow as the photographer you want to be. The premise is quite simple: Your mentor will get a specific feed from you so when you upload photos; they will be uploaded right on their profile. You can search for mentors in the mentorship gallery labeled “Mentors.”

Even you can be a mentor. That is, when you reach 10 start. And being a mentor lets you broaden your relationships and you may take a special part to someone who holds importance to your advice.

So generally, when someone leaves a critique on Photic.me, they tell the photographer their impression, whether they liked it or not, and they give some advice or suggestion to help them make a better shot. Ultimately, the photographer will be more aware for the future.
