Signsquid is a secure and legal way to sign contracts online. You simply need to upload your document, invite your signatories and receive a legally signed PDF for your records.

There is no need for fax or printed to use Signsquid. And there are no delays. It is the easiest way to get contracts signed!

All communications, documents and files are encrypted in our database for maximum security. It is the only platform that authenticates signatories in two ways – through an identity link sent by an email and an identity code given to the signatories by phone. This is done to check and double-check the identity of each person who will get access and will sign the contract.

If an electronic signature is challenged, Signsquid will prove the validity of the signature(s) added to your contract through their platform and also assume any legal fee incurred during the process.

You can upload your pdf version to your contract to Signsquid. There are no limits on document size or length. You can name your contract and add the deadline for signing. Your contract is then encrypted and stored securely.

Signsquid communicates through the unique code. It generates a unique code for each of your signatories that you must share by phone. Once all your signatories have signed, a signed copy of the contract is sent to each signatory and the contract’s author. You receive a seal of authenticity guaranteeing the signatures and the authenticity of the document.
