Capsule: Plan, Share, Remember Events Easily

Capsule

Capsule

Capsule is a web and mobile app that is built for even planning, group interactions and photo sharing. It was built to simplify the process of planning an event from beginning till end. You can use its services for your next trip, party, a night out etc.

On Capsule, you can create your own capsule for an event or a group and privately share messages, photos and videos of it with your Capsule members. There is no need to worry about privacy. Every capsule is completely private and can only be accessed by those whom you allow. That gives you the freedom to be what you are.

Capsule helps you to plan, share and remember. In the words of Capsule, it is like an awesome event planning site that married an amazing multimedia scrap booking and photo-sharing site, and they named their baby Capsule. Guess you will be able to decipher the characteristics of the baby from that.

You can use a capsule for trips, weddings, parties, nights on the town or any other event that requires inviting, planning and communicating with people. Capsule can also be used for private sharing and messaging with specific groups of family and friends. You can create as many capsules as you want.

Capsule was built for sharing only with a select group. Therefore, unlike social networking sites, it does not have followers, likes etc. There are no public posts and no one knows you are on Capsule till you share a capsule with them.

Its group texting features gives each of your capsules a unique phone number. When you send a text message to that number, every member of the capsule instantly receives it. It is like a private chat room that works on any phone number!

Capsule was founded in 2011 by Cyrus Farundi and Omni Cohen to tackle the problem of group planning, communicating and photo sharing.
