    From your review about GeniePad, I apprised It has some salient amenities such as latest events in one page or Message Forum to build a strong community inside your building which are completely different from other cliché home or condominium management tools. I really appreciate the developer’s innovation in GeniePad.

      @TechVolatile Thanks for the kind words. Indeed we want to innovate and differ from other tools. We ourselves have looked into other tools that would solve the same issues in our condominiums, but didn’t find anything that did the job. Didn’t find anything that was ease to use not only to us, software developers, but to the average resident. So, we built one for our own use, and then released it to the public.
